I always love restaurant with Javanese theme. The place was clean, have some variant menu and their services good. I came for lunch while visiting Purwokerto. The prayer room is available and you can pay your order with Qris.

Nice Javanese food with good ambience. The food is good and has very strong taste. The chicken is big and tender. And you can choose the sambals etc by yourself. They have bancakan menu. Its a mix food for many people. Its has chicken, tempeh, etc.

The food is great, the chicken is delicious— flavorful, savory with large cuts. You won't be disappointed. Too bad, the waiters seems ignorance, the service is slow, even when you see many empty tables. Many employees seem busy but are doing unproductive tasks, like endlessly wiping clean plates when there were already piles of clean plates or having multiple staff crowded around the tea station when one is enough. Waiters often ignored us; it took three tries to get someone to take our order, and the empty sambal wasn't refilled. Only a few employees were attentive, while the rest were unhelpful. The restaurant likely needs a strong lead to manage staff more effectively and focus on table service rather than trivial tasks. Bold move to put tent card on top of each tables asking your customers to write Google reviews with this poor service. Sad...

The most favourite ayam goreng was juicy! You will get free and unlimited salads, cucumbers etc, and 3 choices of sambal. The rest of the dishes was pretty standard for me.

It’s a place to go when visiting Purwokerto because they serve ayam jago (or: rooster) which has been very well cooked because it’s tenderness and the spices blend together in harmony. The price is pretty reasonable for the place, food, and ambiance.

If you like fried chicken, you must visit this place. This restaurant specializes in offering only fried chicken. Thesize of chicken is very big, please think twice if you order more than one piece. The price is very cheap. The fritters are delicious. The bancakan menu is interesting but we prefer to choose separate orders. If you are on diet to reduce your weight or cholesterol, please avoid or just try a little.

they mainly sell fried chicken, but they have other proteins too. the chicken is tender and delicious. their side dishes are tasty too. i like their stir fried kangkong, stir fried tempe, and also squid with green chili. you can pick the sambal or chili paste by yourself. they have three kinds of sambal, including sambal ijo, sambal tlenjeng, and sambal terasi. my favorite is sambal terasi, the one with shrimp paste. it's so good and goes well with the fried chicken. the place has traditional javanese style. it could be fully packed during dinner time. they have plenty of space for parking, though.

Do you call this sundanese resto or not, not sure. Main offer is chicken dishes, more like boiled and then dip in hot oil? More to salty and less tasty. The price for chicken dishes is not cheap especially for this area. The oxtail and ribs soup is okay, not special. The atmosphere is like old Javanese building with wood and open area. It can be hot, be mindful when you bring small kids. Good experience but not so impressed.
